Today's Car is the Peel P50. It was the worlds smallest car until being recently dethroned. It has a top speed of 35 MPH and can almost stow away in the overhead baggage compartment.Here is Top Gear's review of it. Definitely one of the funniest clips i have ever seen from that show.
